Prepare your BD Rowa™ Smart for the next generation. The Smart Upgrade brings your system onto the latest BD Rowa platform, with a modern Windows 11 machine control computer and the new, intuitive Smart UI. Benefit from enhanced IT security, easier operation, and new digital features.

myRowa Inventory Intelligence is also enabled. Clear dashboards, visual reports, and centralized key metrics provide greater transparency into inventory, capacity utilization, and expiry dates. Intelligent recommendations help you optimize inventory, plan purchasing and system capacity more effectively, and respond in time to packs that are expiring or need to be disposed of or returned.

Specific recommendations for action and exportable lists make implementation easier in day-to-day operations and help you initiate relevant measures more quickly.

Two versions are available, differing in the number of backup systems:

• Eco – ideal for pharmacies focused on state-of-the-art technology and energy-efficient operation. If the machine control computer fails, the dispensing system data is automatically backed up until the service repair is completed.

• Premium – additionally includes a second machine control computer for maximum operational reliability. The dispensing system continues to operate if one control computer fails.
