2. Limitation of range of customers / delivery areas

We only sell the products advertised in our webshop to companies having their seat of business in the United Kingdom and provide a delivery address in the United Kingdom.

3. Prices / shipping costs

All prices are quoted excluding value-added tax and shipping. Above an order value of GBP 200  products will be delivered in Germany free of shipping costs.

The shipping costs (standard delivery) per order are: 

  • for delivery within the United Kingdom: £ 5.90

 

4. Types of payment / when payment is due

The following types of payment can be used

  • PayPal
  • credit card

You shall pay the purchase price plus shipping costs before the goods are shipped (“Advance Payment”).

If you choose to pay by credit card, please enter your credit card details directly on the interface of PAYONE GmbH, Kiel, which is integrated into our shop. At no time can we access your credit card details.

Your credit card account will be debited when the purchase agreement is made. When the agreement is concluded and your credit card details are forwarded to the credit card provider, it shall be deemed as prior authorisation and limitation of the credit line of your credit card account. If we have an obligation to repay the purchase price (in whole or in part), the relevant purchase price will be credited to your credit card account.

PayPal

If you choose to pay by Paypal, we will initiate the debit immediately after the agreement has been made. If we have an obligation to repay the purchase price (in whole or in part), the relevant purchase price will be credited to your Paypal account.

6. Language / saving of text of agreement

A valid agreement shall only be concluded in the English language.

We will save/store the agreement and it will be accessible after completion of the order if you have created a customer account with us and log into this customer account. In addition, you can also print out the content of your order after it has been sent and will receive an email when the agreement has been made, showing the content of such agreement.

7. Ordering (technical steps, ordering process)

The following technical steps lead to the placing of an order in the online shop:

If you have found an article which you would like to buy, place it in your virtual shopping cart by clicking the button “Add to shopping cart”. You can see the content of this shopping cart at any time by clicking the button “To shopping cart”. By clicking the button “Remove”, also symbolised by the icon/symbol “X”, you can remove a product or products from the cart at any time. To start the ordering process, click the button “Checkout”. There you will again see a list of the articles which you have placed in your shopping cart and what they cost. Here you can finally decide whether you would like to order these articles and make any changes or corrections if necessary. These processes are not legally binding. Only when you click the button “Commit to buy” do you send the order to us and thus offer us the conclusion of a purchase agreement in a binding form.

By electronic means, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of your order.

8. Conclusion of the agreement

An agreement for the goods which you have ordered is concluded as soon as you receive a statement of acceptance/order confirmation from us by e-mail within the acceptance period.

When you place a purchase order with us by telephone, by fax, by post or by e-mail or in any other form, you thus make us a binding offer for purchase of the listed products.

The presentation of our product range in the online shop or in advertisements or our catalogue does not constitute a binding offer in the legal sense.

9. Warranty (information on liability for defects)

In the event of a complaint (e.g. product damaged/missing/incorrectly supplied), please use our complaints form. Please complete it and send it within 7 days to the following address:
rowa-service@bd.com. Please enclose the relevant delivery note with your email and photographs if appropriate. You will be notified of further action immediately.
